New merchandising dedicated to Bully on the official online store of Rockstar Games have just arrived. Under the category of new arrivals we can find t-shirts, hats, cases for smartphones and other themed gadgets to Bully.
Yesterday, GameInformer published a file on its website that referred to Bully 2: Kevin’s Back Jack, a title that would be apparently the sequel to the first Bully and would arrive exclusively on PlayStation 4. However, this would be disproved by the GameInformer itself a while later, stressing that it had been a mere mistake. Although these rumors seemed to come to an end, today we have found out that Rockstar has placed Bully merchandising in its official online store, and the truth is that we can find quite a few different products.
A very suspicious timing, which coincides with the recent leak of Bully 2: Kevin’s Back Jack, title not yet announced but appeared yesterday in the database of GameInformer.com, although the editors of the website has branded the whole thing as a simple mistake and has subsequently denied that there is a sequel to Bully.
Of course, adding Bully’s new merchandising does not necessarily mean that it refers to a release of the new saga, although it would be more logical given the “leak” of GameInformer. Another possibility that can not be ruled out is that a re-launch of the original Bully is being prepared on some of the current platforms, although at the moment all this is nothing more than speculation, and the only thing we could make clear is that apparently an announcement related to the saga would be on the way.
For now, Rockstar Games and Take-Two have not commented on the story. So, could it be possible that Bully 2 could be announced at E3? We’ll find out for sure in a few days.
