Recently, Vicarious Visions has unveiled details about the support for PlayStation 4 Pro of Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy.

Being a guests of HipHopGamer Youtube channel, the Vicarious Visions developers have announced that Crash Bandicoot Trilogy N. Sane will run on PlayStation 4 Pro to a resolution of 1440p. As for the fluidity of gameplay, unfortunately the adventure will remain docked at 30fps. It is not known, however, if the collection dedicated to the historical hero will enjoy many display modes, capable perhaps of lowering the resolution in favor of a higher frame rate.

As revealed by the developers, the collection dedicated to Crash will benefit of a boost to the resolution on PS4 Pro, but it will not do the same with regard to gaming performance: the game will run in 1440p native (then upscaled to 4K) and 30 frames per second.

Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy will be released on PlayStation 4 on June 30 (the collection includes the first three chapters of the successful saga created by Naughty Dog).

In the last hours also a bundle of PS4 Slim has been leaked online dedicated to the Collection of Vicarious Visions. The package should include a console of PlayStation 4 Slim 500 GB and a copy of Crash Bandicoot Trilogy N. Sane, all at the price of 329.99 euros with availability scheduled for June 30, the release date of the game dedicated to Crash.

At the time of writing this, Activision (publisher of the game) and Sony Interactive Entertainment have not announced anything, so we are waiting for any official confirmation or denial about it.
