A matter of days ago, Reggie Fils-Aime, president of Nintendo of America, spoke about the future plans for The Legend of Zelda: Breath Of The Wild. As you will recall, a new expansion for the game was announced months ago; however, we still do not know when it will debut.
Fils-Aime affirmed that The Champion’s Ballad will be available before the end of the year. So, we can expect its release during the next weeks. However, a tentative date for its release has already emerged thanks to the Japanese site of the game, where a download card is published.
This download card will allow players to get the Expansion Pass, which will give access to Champion’s Ballad, as well as Master Of Trials. What is striking is that this card will hit the stores this month on November 23. So, it is estimated that on this date, or even a little earlier, The Champion’s Ballad will be available.
It is worth emphasizing that the company has not officially revealed the opening day of the expansion. So we are still waiting for the data. What is a fact is that Nintendo will distribute a new edition of the game.
The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild Explorer’s Edition will include a physical copy of the game, a map with information on both sides, as well as a recommended guide for novice players. The edition will go on sale on November 24, which also gives us an idea of the debut of The Champion’s Ballad. You can get this expansion of the title in exchange for $59.99 USD.
The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is available on Switch and on Wii U. Do you think the expansion will debut this month? What do you expect to see in its content? Tell us in the comments below.
