Nintendo and Monolith Soft have announced that the patch 1.3.0 for Xenoblade Chronicles 2 will be available next week, and for the occasion, the Game Director Tetsuya Takahashi has published a patch note in which he explains all the changes made in detail.
With this update, the New Game Plus mode will appear (called Advanced New Game Mode) and the easy mode designed for those who want to focus on the plot, also added some additional options for the management of the Blade and inventory items.
The update will also solve various bugs, glitches and technical problems reported by the community. The Advanced New Game Mode can be unlocked only after finishing the game at least once while the Easy Mode will be accessible immediately after the update.
Other improvements with the patch:
1. Now it will be possible to “block” the newly awakened Blade, so as to make them more visible.
2. Now it will be possible to skip the cutscene of a Blade awakening.
3. By zooming in on the mini-map, the quick travel points will now also be visible.
4. Added a new level of difficulty “Easy”. Currently, the difficulty is set to Normal.
The game tells the story of Rex and his new friend Pyra, a mysterious being that gives him enormous power. Together, Rex and Pyra will have to go in search of the Elysium, the last paradise of humanity.
Remember that, Nintendo has announced that the patch 1.3.0 for Xenoblade Chronicles 2 will be launched next week (between 12 and 16 February).
