Firaxis Games has just released the new DLC of XCOM 2, called Shen’s Last Gift.
2K and Firaxis Games are excited to announce that Shen’s Last Gift, the third DLC pack for XCOM 2, is available now. Shen’s Last Gift is included as part of the Reinforcement Pack.
In Shen’s Last Gift, XCOM has uncovered intel on a hidden ADVENT facility, which we believe to be the testing grounds for potential new alien weaponry. Lily Shen, Chief Engineer on the Avenger, has volunteered to accompany your most elite squad as they infiltrate this facility, so that she may help uncover and assess what impact this new alien tech will have in our efforts to reclaim Earth.
The story of the DLC will circle at the Chief Engineer Shen, which will be undertaken to recover his father’s works. Once you have completed the mission it will be used in combat mechs.
With the DLC there have also been introduced some of the new enemies that look like Terminator.
Shen’s Last Gift is available on PC at a cost of $9.99, while XCOM 2 will also be released on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on September 6.
Here’s some info on the new DLC:
1. The ADVENT test facility in question is housed within multiple skyscrapers, linked together by enclosed bridges.
2. The ADVENT MECs are based on a single prototype unit, which we believe to be somewhere within this ADVENT facility.
