Netflix has recently increased prices in the United States and many are thinking that this may also happen for services like PlayStation Now and Xbox Game Pass. In the latter case, however, Mike Ybarra of Microsoft is keen to reassure everyone.
On Twitter, a user asked the Corporate Vice President of Xbox the following: “I predict gamepass will increase to 15$/month by the end of the year,” to which Mike Ybarra immediately replied with a laconic but clear reference “You predict wrong,” thus cutting off any possible price increase for the current year.
Later, a user asked if Xbox Game Pass and Games with Gold bundle type together can be sold in the near future to which the same Ybarra gave clues by saying that “All feedback is good feedback.” So, it should be noted here that in the near future we could expect a bundle of Game Pass and Gold, perhaps for a price of $15 maybe, which will be a dream come true for the Xbox fans.
Recall that recently Satya Nadella, CEO of Microsoft, said that the company wants to become “the Netflix of video games” thanks to Project xCloud and of course the Game Pass, a service that will play an increasingly central role in the strategies of Microsoft’s gaming division.
