Microsoft has announced the release date of Xbox Game Pass with a short video posted on the Facebook page of the Xbox. The service will be available from June 1 at a price of $9.99 per month.

Xbox Game Pass already has a release date, according to the official Xbox Facebook page . The service will release next week on June 1.

All players will be able to try the service for free for fourteen days, at the moment the complete list of games available at launch has not been disclosed, among them we should still find products space as Halo 5 Guardians, Payday 2, Gears of War Definitive Edition, Saints Row IV, Mad Max and Tekken Tag Tournament 2, just to name a few.

When you subscribe to Xbox Game Pass you will also receive a discount of 20% for single purchase of the games included in the catalog and 10% off to purchase expansions and DLC.

Xbox Game Pass offers us a great possibility to enjoy those titles, both on Xbox 360 and Xbox One, that maybe so far we have not been able to test. In addition it offers a great advantage allowing us to download them, instead of playing them via streaming. Xbox Game Pass will also be differentiated from Xbox Live Gold and you will not need the subscription of this last service to enjoy it.

There are still a lot of doubts to be resolved regarding Xbox Game Pass, but for now we have a release date of June 1. We hope that Microsoft will reveal more details of its new service in the E3 2017 of Los Angeles.
