Wipeout Omega Collection has been on the market for several months and it is possible that, for one reason or another, you have not been encouraged to buy it. Apparently, Sony is not entirely happy with this situation, so it decided to launch a demo of its collection of racing titles to see if so more players add it to their collection.
In a publication on the PlayStation Blog, Sony announced that Wipeout Omega Collection demo for PlayStation 4 is on its way to the PlayStation Store. In this trial version, players will have the opportunity to drive the Feisar ship in 1 of the 2 circuits -Vineta K and Altima- that will be available in HD and 2048 modes.
One of the most interesting details of the demo is that it will be compatible with the virtual reality mode. So, the owners of PlayStation VR can give a taste at the speed of Wipeout Omega Collection as if they were inside the Feisar VR.
That’s not all, since players with a 4K screen and a PlayStation 4 Pro can enjoy the Wipeout Omega Collection demo in 4K resolution and with HDR support. This means that you can see the graphics of this remastered collection at its best.
It is important to note that, at the time of writing this note, the Wipeout Omega Collection demo is not yet available on the PlayStation Store. However, that is expected to change sometime in the next few hours when the digital store is updated with the day’s releases.
