WB Games Montreal Hints The Arrival of New Batman Game
It seems that WB Games Montreal is working on a new game in the Batman series. The studio posted a short teaser video with short flashes of logos. Could the Court of Owls play a role in the new game?
WB Games Montréal posted a message on Twitter in honor of Batman’s 80th birthday on Sunday stating that the studio was proud to celebrate the Batman Day. In addition, the company published a short video with the Batman logo that shines on a building. In the video, frames with logos have been placed that highlight, among other things.

Some Twitter users make a link between the logos with The Court of Owls. This is an underground society in Gotham City that, among other things, trains the Talons, formidable assassins. The Court of Owls first appeared in the Batman #2 comic from 2011 with the eponymous title, written by Scott Snyder. That same Snyder posted a retweet of the WB Game Montreal message with the hashtag #bewarethecourtofowls. That message has since been deleted.
In combination with an earlier tweet from November last year by an employee of WB Games Montréal, on which a jacket with the logo of The Court of Owls can be seen, this leads to speculation that the society will figure in an upcoming Batman game. WB Games Montréal was previously responsible for Batman: Arkham Origins.
