E3 is one of the best moments of the year to reveal new games: the great presentations that take place on the Los Angeles stages remain easily imprinted for months and months, if not years. Unfortunately, often the news is anticipated by leaks and rumors and the surprise vanishes: this is also the case with Watch Dogs 3, which is now called as Watch Dogs Legion, never confirmed but so talked about that everyone takes it for granted. Now, new information arrives in this regard.

Amazon UK has listed the new chapter in the Ubisoft series, which would be called “Watch Dogs Legion”. The page was quickly removed, but not before anyone was able to save the information it contained. For example, we can read the summary of the plot: “Watch_Dogs Legion is set in a near-future, dystopian version of London. It’s a post-Brexit world in which society, politics and technology have changed and altered London’s fortunes. London is one of the most iconic cities in the world and has had a massive influence on all of Western Culture for centuries…”

“London makes total sense for WD, as the city has one of the highest surveillance levels in the world making this the perfect playground. Play as anyone, Every individual you meet in the open world, has a full set of animations, voice over, character traits and visuals that are generated & guided by gameplay systems.” In addition, it was written that it is possible to “Play as anyone, Every individual you meet in the open world, has a full set of animations, voice over, character traits and visuals that are generated & guided by gameplay systems.”

The information was also confirmed by Jason Scheier, Kotaku’s well-known journalist and industry insider. London has long been talked about as a possible setting and the fact that this chapter will focus on hand-to-hand combat and much less on firearms. It, therefore, seems that the new chapter of Watch Dogs wants to propose some new and original ones. Tell us, does this new information intrigue you?
