UK Sales Charts: God of War Tops Again for Third Time, Donkey Kong Country At Second Position

0 292

God of War only took just 10 days in the UK market to position itself as the best-selling game in April and the positive trend is continuing so far as the new adventure of Kratos remained in first place in sales in the week which ended on May 5.

Today, UKIE and GfK revealed the list of best-selling games in the United Kingdom last week and the SIE Santa Monica game, God of War got the first place again, as it has done since its launch. The success of the Nordic adventure of Kratos was followed, in the second position, by Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze in its version of Switch, which obtained a better response from the public of the region, since the sales report refers that its first week sales were 53.7% higher than those of the Wii U version.

On the other hand, the next 3 posts corresponded to Far Cry 5, a title that has remained in the taste of the European public; FIFA 18, which continues to satisfy the interactive experience in a region where football dominates and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, which has managed to meet the multiplayer expectations of UK players.

Surprisingly, the eternal GTA V is not in the Top 10 of the best-selling games, although it is clear that it will return at any time. Here are the top 10 best-selling games in the United Kingdom:

1. God of War
2. Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze
3. Far Cry 5
4. FIFA 18
5. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe
6. LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2
7. Fallout 4
8. PUBG
9. Star Wars: Battlefront II
10. Super Mario Odyssey
