For a long time, Twitch has been giving games to all subscribers to Twitch Prime, it’s paid membership that includes several benefits. Now, the company wants to take this program to another level to turn it into a true competition for PlayStation Plus and Xbox Games With Gold.
Through a blog post, Twitch announced Games With Prime, a new program that will deliver free PC games to all Twitch Prime subscribers. The interesting thing is that the official announcement ensures that consumers can keep these games forever.
So, starting on Thursday, March 15, the members of Twitch Prime will get SUPERHOT, Oxenfree, Mr. Shifty, Shadow Tactics and Tales from Candlekeep: Tomb of Annihilation. On the other hand, from April 1 you will have the opportunity to get Tales from the Borderlands, SteamWorld Dig 2, Kingsway, Tokyo 42 and Dubwars. At the moment it is unknown if the games will be automatically added to the digital library of each user or if it will be necessary to claim them in some way.
Keep in mind that it is most likely that to enjoy these games it is necessary to use the Twitch desktop application.
