Koei Tecmo presents a new trailer of Toukiden 2, a game that will release in Japan for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita on 28 July. For now, there are not any plans finalized to launch the game in Western markets.
Koei Tecmo has divulged the second official trailer of the Japanese game Toukiden 2. In addition, the is now available on the Playstation Store of Japan in demo version for PS Vita, with the size of 1.6GB.
As previously announced, the demo version for the handheld console supports multiplayer cross platform with the demo for the Playstation 4, published on 11 April. Simultaneously, it has been updated in order to make several improvements.
Also from the official website we learn that the story of the title will be placed chronologically in about a decade away from the final events of the previous episode. Our hero will be a warrior who, deprived of memory and of his affections, will be seeking revenge culling all the demons that dare to obstruct the path taken to recover the memories of his family and the village destroyed by Oni.
Recall that Toukiden 2 will be available in the land of the Rising Sun, Japan, for PS3, PS4 and PS Vita from July 28, 2016. For now, no date has been given for a possible release in Europe, however, an official announcement from the publisher will be made soon.
