Torchlight II Coming to Consoles by Panic Button

The Torchlight universe will be back this year, as Echtra Games and Max Schaefer announced Torchlight Frontiers last August. If you are a fan of the franchise, you will be happy to know that it will not be the only release of the series for 2019.
Perfect World Entertainment announced today that Torchlight II will hit consoles. The game originally debuted for PC in 2012. The company has not confirmed the new systems where you can enjoy the dungeon crawler.
It is likely that we see it on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. There are even chances that it will be released on Nintendo Switch. For now there are few details of the console version, but we know that it is in charge of the company Panic Button.
This studio is known for the excellent ports that it has launched in recent months for the Nintendo hybrid console. At the time of writing, there is no technical information about the port, nor details of the improvements it will have. We only know that it will reach consoles this fall.
The sequel gives you the possibility to choose between 4 kinds of characters, each with special abilities and a unique combat style. Your mission will be to explore various locations of Vilderan while you face hordes of enemies of all kinds.
“Torchlight II is filled to the brim with randomized levels, enemies and loot. Capturing all the flavor and excitement of the original, Torchlight II expands the world and adds features players wanted most, including online and LAN multiplayer. Once again, the fate of the world is in your hands,” says its description.
Torchlight II will release on consoles yet to be confirmed in the fall of this year.
