The Witcher 3 is back in news with its upcoming Patch 1.07 version for PC. The download is not yet finalized, so we cannot confirm any date, but it will be happening soon. The patch information was disclosed by CD Projekt’s Marcin Momot on Twitter. It is also found that the patch will not be limited to PC, but it will come first on the PC platform and then it will make its way to other gaming consoles. It will appear on the official forum of The Witcher from where users can download and add it. The patch size is also not yet clear. But as per the tweet, the patch size will be quite large so there are chances that there will be lot of new updates and changes in it with little additional content also. The PC patch is assumed next week and for consoles there is a bit more waiting time.
As per Marcin Momot (Community Lead & Website Coordinator at @CDPROJEKTRED), the patch will be pretty large. But he confirmed nothing else about its content. As far as we had seen from past few releases, most of the patches were released to add maximum stability in the game. We are still waiting for the final patch notes that will help us to learn a bit more about it. I do not really think the patch is only limited to fixes. Witcher 3 is also getting free DLC’s regularly. Just few days ago 2 more DLCs were released. It looks the game developers are quite dedicated in improving the game and with that free content is also helping out gamers to enjoy it more.
