Gamescom 2019: The Witcher 3 for Switch Will Release on October 15
Announced at E3 2019, the port of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Complete Edition for Nintendo Switch will officially release on 15 October, as announced at the Opening Night Live at the Gamescom 2019.
As revealed at E3 2019, this edition will feature the base game, as well as all the additional content already released. This includes Story Expansions, Hearts of Stone & Blood and Wine, as well as all 16 free DLCs.
In total, the full edition offers over 150 hours of gameplay. The portability of the game for Nintendo Switch was realized by Saber Interactive in collaboration with CD Projekt Red. In addition to the content cited above, which comes with the Complete Edition, the game box will also come with physical giveaways: a compendium from The Witcher’s Universe, a game map, and stickers.
In addition, the adventure of Geralt will have to go through a severe downgrade to adapt to Nintendo’s console. When playing with the Switch in the portable version, the resolution will be 540 pixels; With the device connected to the dock, the number goes up to 720p.
The game comes in its full version to the hybrid console of Nintendo. All DLCs will already be included in the package, providing the full gaming experience of the title of CD Projekt Red.
