The Legend of Zelda Link’s Awakening Release Date Leaked for Nintendo Switch

The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening is one of the most anticipated games for the Nintendo Switch in 2019 and news on the game on Nintendo Direct is expected today.

Nintendo will reveal more news about its next releases and in addition to Luigi’s Mansion 3, are expected news of The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening. However, Amazon Japan may have leaked and revealed in advance the release date of this remake title for the hybrid console.

According to the Japanese digital store, The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening will be available from September 20th – a date that can be confirmed on today’s Nintendo Direct.

Nintendo has yet to officially announce the date and in the meantime, Amazon Japan has already removed the pre-order page, suggesting that the leaked details could be true.

However, if everything goes as planned, the most reasonable thing would be that we did not have to wait too long to know when this title will shine, given that it happens to be one of the main protagonists of the Direct that Nintendo will celebrate today.

Amazon’s Leaks are usually credible (like the time they leaked for Rage 2). Sometimes they make their own mistakes with the dates. Although the coincidence seems too strong to be just that, we will only know the truth when the Nintendo Direct starts.
