As many hoped, and since there were many rumors that suggested the arrival: The Last of Us Part II has been officially announced by Naughty Dog at the PlayStation Experience 2016 for PS4. To celebrate the announcement, the development company has published the suggestive reveal trailer of the title, that you can see at the end of this article.

The Last of Us, the classic game of survival developed by Naughty Dog and launched in 2013 finally goes back exclusively to PlayStation 4. The new game is in early stage of development and is called The Last of Us Part II.

According to Naughty Dog, the game is still in very early stage of the development and they have prepared the video exclusively for the PlayStation Experience event. The title is running on an updated version of the graphics engine of the studio used in Uncharted 4 and Uncharted: The Lost Legacy.

At the moment we have no particular details on the game, obviously, it is still in the embryonic stages of its development; or it was announced for a launch window.

The trailer shows the return of Joel and Ellie, although after a few more years than the previous titles.

So we leave you with the trailer for the much-desired vision, which sees the return of two widely loved characters already seen in the first episode of the series.
