We are only a few hours away from the Bethesda conference at E3 2017. However, it seems that someone has just ruined by mistake one of the biggest surprises we would see in it: The Evil Within 2.
It has long been talk of a possible The Evil Within 2 and it seems that the wait might be shorter than expected. While waiting for the official confirmation of The Evil Within 2, an ad that has appeared on some American websites, such as Reddit, has definitively leaked its existence.
The announcement indicates that the game is available to be pre-order, so we can expect that Bethesda would confirm the game in a few days or even hours, as Bethesda’s pre-E3 2017 conference is scheduled for tonight in the US. (With the time difference, already for tomorrow in Europe).
A few moments ago some Reddit users found a commercial post that confirmed the existence of the sequel. Within this it was stated that Shinji Mikami would again be in charge of the project and that, apparently, the game was already available for pre-order in some stores.
It is worth mentioning that the aforementioned post was withdrawn within a few minutes of its being echoed. For this reason, many consider that this could a welcome to confirm the existence of the game.
Well, to be true or not (that being honest, it seems that it will be), we will surely discover it tonight at 9:00 p.m. PDT / midnight EDT.
