Michael Pachter: The Elder Scrolls 6 Will Release in 2019

0 111

Interviewed by GamesIndustry, analyst Michael Pachter made known his predictions for 2019, speculating what could happen in the video game world during this year that just begun.

In addition to assuming a price cut for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and the launch of a Nintendo Switch handset free of Joy-Con and Dock, the Wedbush analyst, Michael Pachter expects the arrival of highly anticipated titles like Titanfall 3 and … The Elder Scrolls 6!

“The flop of Fallout 76 makes a hit more essential for Bethesda, and I expect them to accelerate development of ESVI. (This was my prediction from 2016 and 2017…),” Pachter said in the interview.

Interesting hypothesis, but it seems unlikely that Bethesda will be able to publish the new The Elder Scrolls 6 in 2019, the development seems to be still in the preliminary stages and there is an assumption of a project aimed for PlayStation 5 and Xbox One (obviously the launch on PC is confirmed).

Moreover, the company has reaffirmed its intention to support Fallout 76 with many new contents planned for the new year.

What do you think about it? Is it possible for Bethesda to change its plans to anticipate the launch of The Elder Scrolls 6, despite previously saying that there will be no new information soon?
