Take-Two Confirms Working on a New IP & Sequels from Its Biggest Franchises

The Take-Two Interactive company has a large number of franchises in its possession. It is because of them that it has great potential in the industry and can easily capitalize on them because it is also consolidated IP. The company is aware of this and recently revealed that it has many projects in production.

According to a report, in the last report for investors, which corresponded to the second quarter of the year, Strauss Zelnick revealed that they are working in multiple sequels and that they even have new properties within their alignment, which constitute “the strongest development pipeline in its history, including sequels from our biggest franchises as well as exciting new IP.”

According to Zelnick, “Take-Two is actively investing in emerging markets, platforms and business models,” and made it clear that they will take advantage of industry trends to generate a wider profit margin in the long term.

Of course, the company did not share what projects it is working on, so it leaves room for fan speculation. A title that echoes more is the sequel to Bully, since in recent months there have been clues that indicate that it would be in production. It is even believed that a new sequel to Grand Theft Auto is already in development. On the other hand, some players think that within this catalog is the long-awaited return of BioShock, especially if we consider that last year we learned of a 2K studio that would be responsible for the development. This, however, is not official and it is best to wait until they share some details about it.
