Take-Two Interactive registers domain related to Red Dead Online

Take-Two Interactive registered domain of, related to what would be the multiplayer mode of a new Red Dead series, similar to the strategy made with Grand Theft Auto Online of Grand Theft Auto V.


The announcement of a new release of Red Dead saga is expected these days. On the last Sunday Rockstar updated its image on all social networks with a logo and the distinctive red background which already intimated the return of the series. Yesterday an illustration left no doubt, showing the outline of what would be the band of John Marston, which would confirm the rumors that it will be a prequel.

Red Dead Redemption was released in 2010 for Xbox 360 and PlayStation, and it is the most successful series of Rockstar behind Grand Theft Auto, having already sold 14 million copies of this successful game.

In the last year there was some rumors about the possible announcement of a third installment of the saga, from an image published by an artist who worked at Rockstar San Diego, until the filtration of the supposed map of a new Read Dead.

Whenever Rockstar was asked for the future of this brand, they have replied that it is one of its most important series, and we will see new installments in the future.

For several months now, players of the Xbox One have been enjoying Red Dead Redemption thanks to the backwards compatibility with Xbox 360. And from this past week, users of PlayStation 4 can download from PSN the first installment of the saga, Red Dead Revolver, which was launched in 2004 for Xbox and PS2.
