Super Mario Maker to get Babymetal-Themed Costume DLC
Nintendo has announced that the female heavy metal band of Babymetal will have their own costumes in Super Mario Maker.
Super Mario Maker is ready to introduce some novelties: Nintendo has launched the costume inspired by the Japanese idol band of Babymetal. You can get it by completing the Event Course, as usual, which should be available from 28th April.
Tonight, new costumes for Super Mario Maker a “Event Course” inspired by the popular Japanese idols of Babymetal land in the game worldwide.
Nintendo has collaborated with all the female trio to offer fans a new costume of “Mystery Mushroom”, which shows the three members of the Su-metal band, Yuimetal and Moametal jumping together in concert. Their unique costume works the same way as the costume of Paper Mario which was released last December, but with different sound effects.
In addition to the normal trailer that was introduced to check out the dlc costumes, Nintendo also offers us a short video of the idols talking about their collaboration with Super Mario Maker. We remind you that Super Mario Maker is available exclusively on Nintendo Wii U from September 2015.
Babymetal is a group of the heavy metal J-pop, consisting of three young Japanese idols formed in 2010 and produced by talent agency Amuse, Inc.
