Steep for Nintendo Switch has not been canceled

Do you remember that it was announced that Steep would be also coming to Nintendo Switch as well? It was even one of the titles with which the console was presented. What is the end of it, since the title is no longer spoken about and Ubisoft has kept it hidden in all the latest events?
According to some, the game would have been silently canceled, but it really does not seem like this, at least according to one employee of Ubisoft who spoke about the title on Twitter, @TW_PhantomLord.
In January, Ubisoft announced the arrival of Steep on Nintendo Switch, but today the publisher has not released news of any kind on the game. Some rumors wanted the project canceled but a French house artist denied this entry through his Twitter profile.
According to reports from “TW_PhantomLord”, lighting/3D artist and animator at Ubisoft Montréal, Steep for Nintendo Switch has not been canceled, the team is trying to optimize the game for the platform, in particular with regard to the framerate, so it is impossible to get the title out in the current state.
The title will still come out and to date, it is still in development, it is not excluded that the French house points to a launch simultaneously with the launch of the upcoming Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang.
Félicitations ! en espérant plein de projets sur switch à l’image de Mario X rabbit ! Par contre plus de nouvelles sur Steep … Annulé ?
