StarCraft II: Legacy of the Void sold over 1 million units in 48 hours
Available for a few days, the third and final StarCraft II expansion has met with great success on PC and Mac, so much so that 1 million copies sold arleady was reached in two days.
After several months of development, StarCraft 2: Legacy of the Void is available from November 10, 2015 on PC and Mac. The third add-on of this real-time strategy game from Blizzard was especially awaited by the community, particularly because of the additions at its multiplayer mode.
Despite the Simultaneous release with Fallout 4, Legacy of the Void has met some interesting success. Indeed, the development studio announced on Twitter that the game has surpassed the one million copies sold in just 48 hours.
This result clearly shows that the game was originally released in 2010, and it still faces a great success, particularly in the context of eSports tournaments.
The Legacy of the Void campaign is included in the Protoss, to complete the trilogy that began Wings of Liberty (with the Terran) and Heart of the Swarm (with the Zerg). For next year, there will be announced a new set of missions, including Nova Covert Ops, that will be available in spring.
