Star Wars Rivals could be announced at E3 2017?

On the last February 23, Lucasfilm has registered the trademark of Star Wars Rivals at the US Patent Office. The trademark description seems to refer to a new video game, it is therefore not excluded that this could be the title of one of the new projects targeted by Electronic Arts.
Disney and Lucasfilm have recently registered a new brand for the series of Star Wars called Star Wars Rivals. We currently do not have more information about this new intellectual property but there is a good chance that this is one of the three games announced during the conference of Electronic Arts in 2016, one of the least revealing of all time.
As we know, Respawn Entertainment and Visceral Games are both working on games dedicated to Star Wars, also DICE is currently developing Star Wars Battlefront 2, the latter arriving later this year.
Star Wars Rivals could be the title of one of the mysterious projects, although at the moment there are no certainties about the trademark and it could relate maybe to apps or games for smartphones and tablets.
Considering the fact also, it is difficult to assess whether Rivals will be a game, television series, or perhaps a new movie. The thought arises, however, with the animated series of Star Wars: Rebels. Maybe Rivals will be the animated series?
