Electronic Arts is preparing to commercialize Outer Rim, the next DLC for Star Wars: Battlefront. In this context, a gameplay video was broadcasted, to take a look to the added content.
Available for several months on PC and next-gen gaming consoles, Star Wars: Battlefont has a large community of players. The FPS developed by DICE studio will soon be armed with additional content called Outer Rim.
To mark the release of this DLC dated for March 22, publisher Electronic Arts has released a new video which shows gameplay phases.
This is particularly the opportunity to get an idea of the 4 multiplayer maps that will be proposed in the factories of Sullust and battle within Jabba the Hutt’s palace on Tatooine, two new weapons (rifle Relby V-10 and DT-12 blaster pistol), a new game mode (Extraction) and two new heroes, Greedo and Nien Nunb. The first is able to mark multiple targets and eliminate them one by one very quickly, where else the second will mount a defense turret and use a sniper rifle.
The Outer Rim DLC can be freely downloaded by owners of the Season Pass. The others will be charged 14.99 dollars for the privilege.
