Star Wars: Battlefront 2 Campaign details and Multiplayer segment revealed

During the panel held at the Star Wars Celebration in Orlando, the first details on the single and multiplayer modes of Star Wars Battlefront II have emerged. Unlike the first chapter, the new shooter from DICE will have a real single player campaign.
In single player mode, players will assume the role of commander Iden Versio, leader of the special unit of the Galactic Empire called Hell Squad. After witnessing the destruction of the second Death Star, the squad of Iden embarks in a thirty years long odyssey, covering the period of time between Star Wars: Return of the Jedi and Star Wars: The Force Awakens. The players will take control of some of the most beloved heroes of the saga in scattered battles on the fantastic planets, with completely new location.
In multiplayer mode there will be present all the eras of Star Wars: the two trilogies, and the fictional universe which started with Star Wars: The Force Awakens, as well proposing most of the conflicts. All the historical characters of the saga will be personified by players, including Luke Skywalker, Kylo Ren, Yoda, Darth Maul and Rey.
Each of these will not be relegated in their own era, creating epic conflicts between characters who have never met. The multiplayer can accommodate up to maximum of 40 players, and the new fields of battlefields include station of Starkiller, Theed, Takodana, Mos Eisley, Endor, Hoth and others. In addition, Star Wars Battlefront II will introduce the experience of space battles, a feature requested loudly by the shooter fans of DICE.
Star Wars: Battlefront II will be released on November 17 on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Electronic Arts has also announced the special Deluxe Edition and pre-order bonus for the title.
