Nintendo of Japan has announced that Snipperclips will be one of the launch title of Switch in Japan: this colorful puzzle games will be available on Nintendo eShop in Japan on March 3 and will arrive in the West during the same month.
Yesterday we learned that the West would be entitled to two more games for the launch of the Nintendo Switch with FAST RMX and Shovel Knight (plus its two expansions, including one temporary exclusive). Today, it is Japan that is concerned with another eShop title for the release of the machine, which was normally expected for a little later: the small Snipperclips, a puzzle game of Nintendo.
Nintendo has announced that Snipperclips, an original puzzle game for Switch, will be available within the digital store of eShop from March 3 in the land of the rising sun, Japan. The Japanese price for this game will be 1,667 yen, logically 15€.
Snipperclips will therefore not be one of the Switch launch titles in Europe and North America, although the house of Kyoto has confirmed that the launch on Western markets is expected by the end of March.
In this new kind of creative puzzle game, players communicate, cooperate and use their imagination to solve simple and advanced puzzles by cutting out characters to give them a new shape. The main game is played with both solo and a friend and four players can have fun solving dynamic puzzles or having fun together in other activities.
Among the European launch games of Nintendo Switch are The Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild, 1-2-Switch, Super Bomberman R, Skylanders Imaginators, Just Dance 2017 and Fast RMX.
