Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3 will arrive on April 4, 2017. It is the new release date announced by IQ Games, the development studio. Apparently, the reason for the delay of the launch has to do with the intention of the development team to optimize the game.
CI Games announced the postponement of the release date for Sniper Ghost Warrior 3. The title, now set for release on April 4, 2017, has been postponed, as explained by CI Games to further refine and optimize the game development for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
“We’re making an ambitious game and unfortunately still need an extra few months to make sure it will stand up to the expectations of the fans,” said Marek Tyminski, CEO of IQ Games.
“Our goal is to ensure Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3 runs smoothly on all platforms, and right now we still have some important work left on optimising the game.”
Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3 is a first-person shooter where players take the role of Jonathan North. North is an American sniper intended to the northern Georgia. This soldier has two missions: one official and the other one is personal, which is to find his brother.
Players can explore the open world game in a dynamic weather conditions, which will influence the gameplay. Thus, there will be three classes that players can choose from, depending on your style: Sniper, Ghost and Guerrero.
Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3 will arrive on April 4 to PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
