Shadow of the Tomb Raider Official Teaser Trailer Revealed

Today, Square Enix made official what we already knew: the next Lara Croft game will be Shadow of the Tomb Raider and will debut on September 14 of this year on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.
Also, Square Enix reported that the full disclosure of Shadow of the Tomb Raider will be made on April 27. According to the description of the game, this will be “the climactic finale of Lara’s origin story”, so players will be able to experience “the crucial moment in which Lara Croft will become the heroine of Tomb Raider.”
The announcement was accompanied by a teaser trailer that gives us an idea of what we can expect in Shadow of the Tomb Raider. It seems that Lara Croft will travel to certain places in Central America since the trailer presents some pyramids with Mayan architecture. We must also assume that the eclipse will be important in this adventure.
This brief breakthrough also reveals that the heroine will continue to carry some of the weapons she used since the Tomb Raider reboot. And if that was not enough, it seems that Camilla Luddington will return to the role of Lara Croft, according to a post she made on Instagram. Another interesting fact is that Eidos Montreal and Crystal Dynamics are involved in the development of the project, this is according to the official page of the game.
The rumors about Shadow of the Tomb Raider began in 2016, although many doubted its veracity because Rise of the Tomb Raider had very little time in the market. Later, in December of 2017, Square Enix revealed that they were working on the next title of the franchise, although there were not many details.
So, we’ll have to wait for the full disclosure until April 27 and remember that the game will be available on September 14 on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.
