Shadow Man, an action and adventure title from Acclaim Studios Teesside, could soon arrive on Nintendo Switch.

To confirm the news, it is the CEO of Nightdive Studios, Stephen Kick, in response to a tweet from a fan who asked if it was possible to bring Shadow Man to the new hybrid console of Nintendo.

“Thank for your kind words, Shadow Man on Switch is possible,” Stephen Kick said on Twitter.

For those unfamiliar with the title, here is a small summary. It is an action-adventure game developed by Acclaim Studios Teesside, based on the homonymous comic book series by Valiant Comics. The game was released 20 years ago on Nintendo 64, PlayStation and Dreamcast. A sequel, called Shadow Man: 2econd Coming, arrived in 2002 on PS2.

Of course, this does not mean that we can expect a port of the game for the Nintendo Hybrid console but in the near future it could be released. Similarly like Super Mario Sunshine, here too, this is not an official announcement or confirmation, just an interpretation of the words of the CEO of Nightdive Studios.

The game is currently available on PC, so if it never arrived on Switch you can always play it by purchasing it on Steam.
