Below are all the currently known errors and brief instructions on how to try to solve various problems. For Sea of ​​Thieves, Rare has decided to rename the errors with the suffix “Beard”:

Avocadobeard:
This error occurs if you experience problems with your Xbox LIVE Gold subscription. Verify that your subscription is active and associated with the gamertag you are using.

Alabasterbeard, Allmondbeard, Cyanbeard:
These three messages are displayed in case of connection problems. Try restarting the router or console.

Kiwibeard:
This error can occur in the following cases:

1. The servers are closed, try again later.
2. You are logged in with more than one gamertag. Exit all other accounts and start the game using the account you have been invited to play.

Cinnamonbeard and Bronzebeard:
These two errors appear if you cannot connect to the servers. Here are some tricks to solve the problem:

1. Press the Xbox button on the controller and highlight the Sea of Thieves app. Press the Menu button, select Exit and press the A button. Restart the game, navigate the menu and try to start a new game.

Beigebeard:
The client is outdated, checks for updates to Sea of Thieves.
