Yesterday, GameStop held a meeting with shareholders and on this occasion has spread the marketing calendar of key events of the next year. Among them is also indicated the release of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, scheduled according to the known chain stores for the first quarter of 2017.
The rumors about the postponement of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild continue to emerge. Initially, it was thought that the new game in the series would follow the launch of Nintendo Switch in March, however, as already noted earlier, the development is taking longer than expected.
According to the calendar in question, The Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild will be released in a period between 1 January and 31 March 2017, as well as Mass Effect Andromeda and Injustice 2.
As for the new adventure of Link, recent rumors spoke of a summer court at the time, however, there is no confirmation about it. To GameStop it might be a simple prediction based on outdated information or a simple deduction of the company.
