There are only a few weeks left for E3 2017 and that only means one thing: heaps of leaks and rumors. This time it’s the turn of Marvel Vs. Capcom: Infinite, because a list has appeared with the alleged characters that will appear in the fighting title.
The information comes from Ryce, NeoGAF user who leaked the existence of Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite before its official announcement, and who previously provided details about the game before Capcom.
So, Marvel Vs. Capcom: Infinite could count 28 playable characters during its launch, while another 6 would arrive later in DLC form. On Capcom’s side, they would be back with old acquaintances like Dante and Arthur, and we would see new characters like Monster Hunter and Jedah. On the side of Marvel, it would confirm the absence of Wolverine, although would be present new heroes and villains such as Gamora and Thanos.

On the other hand, Ryce has mentioned that Venom could be one of the 6 characters that will arrive as a downloadable content. We should also remember Sigma, a fighter who was already confirmed by Capcom.
As we mentioned before, this is only a rumor, so we must wait for official information to confirm or discard this alleged leak.
Marvel Vs. Capcom: Infinite will release on September 19 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.
