Rumor: Rocksteady Working On A New Arkham Game

There are many rumors about Rocksteady who are working on a game dedicated to the Justice League or Superman, but it seems that the English studio is currently working on Batman Arkham Universe, a title not yet announced and scheduled for release in 2019.
As reported by a user of ResetEra known by the username of “anonRocksteady”, the game in question would be DC’s Arkham Universe and would still have Batman in the center of the scene.
According to this rumor, the game would be scheduled for fall 2019 on PC, PS4, PS4 Pro, Xbox One and Xbox One X, and would have single-player, co-op and specific multiplayer modes.
Among the characters, there would be Batman, Robin (Tim), Nightwing, Batgirl, Batwoman, Catwoman and Red Hood, and all these characters would be available in free roaming.
The gameplay
Gotham would be 1.5 times bigger than that seen in Arkham Knight, with a complete restructuring of neighborhoods and districts, and now it would be “a living city” with randomly generated crimes like bank robberies, car chases and so on.
There would be different times and climatic conditions like cloudy, rain, snow, and the Batmobile could be used only for transport with a control system (even the other characters would have their own means).
The Batcave would serve as the main hub for upgrades, character changes, new missions, and game modes, while the gameplay would be similar to that of the past Arkham games with new options for the co-op, or dual takedown in combat and stealth.
The parkour would have been extended while the gadgets would be the usual outside of some exceptions.
