Rocketcat Games “looking” to bring Wayward Souls to Nintendo Switch

Rocketcat Games, the 2014 studio that launched on the iPhone and Android the critically acclaimed role-playing game Wayward Souls is now working on bringing it to PC, and could also prepare a version for Nintendo Switch.
Wayward Souls began being an exclusive title for smart devices but is now coming to new platforms like PC. For this reason, its developers do not rule out seeing a version of the game for Switch, the new Nintendo console.
Wayward Souls is a rogue style RPG that is very demanding for the player, with elements of permanent death, random levels, multiple characters and a combat system that demands precision and strategy, all with a retro visual style.
Its style, a combination of elements inspired by the series of The Legend of Zelda and Dark Souls, allowed it to reap good reviews and get a group of passionate followers.
Through the social network Facebook, an amateur has asked the studio if there will be a version for the new console of Nintendo and for that Rocketcat Games have indicated that they are “looking into it” for the possibility.
For the moment the studio has not given a firm response, but with development kits below 500 euros, an environment of easy and affordable development and an obvious interest in the console among many independent creatives, we must be aware of the news that come from this studio.
