After the announcement of PS4 Pro, which occurred on September 7, developers are continuing to indicate whether or not they wish to realize their titles with the patch that will take advantage of improved hardware of the new console.

So after CD Projekt RED has reiterated that it is not willing to update The Witcher 3 for PS4 Pro, it was the turn of Psyonix, team authorized for Rocket League. Jeremy Dunham, vice president of the software company, has made it clear by saying the below:

“We don’t have anything to announce at the moment. We are still evaluating community interest, technical requirements, and other factors that influence our ultimate decision,” said Jeremy Dungam in an interview with GameSpot.

Yesterday, for example, CD Projekt RED confirmed that it will not release a special patch for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt to scale the game resolution to 4K for PlayStation 4 Pro, because the company is now focused 100% on developing Cyberpunk 2077 and their card game Gwent.

PlayStation 4 Pro will go on sale in November 2016, priced at $400 USD. But tell us what is your opinion. Do you think it’s a good idea to graphically enhance Rocket League through a special patch for PlayStation 4 Pro?
