The first paid expansion of the installment for Rock Band 4 will arrive before the end of the autumn of 2016. According to Harmonix, the expansion will include “great things”, among which there are improvements to the music library and other features. Josh Harrison, head of the community of Harmonix, said that the expansion will be inspired by additional packages for games like Destiny or World of Warcraft.

Although a session of questions and answers a fan asked about the cost of this expansion, Harmonix preferred to keep quiet about it.

As mentioned earlier, the developer reiterated its commitment to make Rock Band 4 a better game for your community. For this reason, the company revealed that the synchronous online multiplayer will soon reach its title pace. As you may recall, members of the company commented a few months ago that the above would be impossible until they could overcome some technical problems.

On the other hand, Harmonix announced that the Battleborn DLC for Rock Band 4 will be available in May. A month later, finally debuting one of the most desired by the community features: Practice mode. This latest update will mark the end of the “first chapter” of Rock Band 4, before the debut of its first expansion.

With this, Harmonix made it clear that Rock Band 4 will be the only pace title to launch in this generation of consoles.

Rock Band 4 hit Xbox One and PlayStation 4 last year, and if this fundraising campaign in Fig had been successful, the rhythm game would be on its way to PC.
