The wait is obviously short for owners of PC fans of Lara Croft series. The PC game download platform Steam has now listed the release date of Rise of the Tomb Raider for the month of January 2016, barely two months after temporary exclusive publication on Xbox One gaming console.
At the starting month of next year, one of the first priority will be the release of Rise of the Tomb Raider on PC platform which came out in November on Xbox One and Xbox 360. The PS4-seekers still have to wait for long time though.
If the game from Crystal Dynamics has experienced a good start after the performance of 2013 reboot of the Lara Croft adventure released on three platforms simultaneously, the arrival of a playable demo unexpected at the end of December would have helped to boost the game’s popularity during festivals, the title makes an appearance at the top of the ranking of the most downloaded titles on Xbox Live during the holidays.
No more information about the price or system requirements for the PC version is given; recall that the first DLC with seasonal passes on Xbox One is also due to arrive in January, with a new dress and a new arc included in the solo extension of Baba Yaga: The Temple of the Witch.
Apart from a few reviews from the different gaming industry and game description that we have seen so far, there is nothing mentioned except for the release date on Steam. Particularly the system requirements that most players are likely to miss. It will probably still take a while until they are released.
