Return of the Obra Dinn Release Date Confirmed for Switch, PS4 & Xbox One

Return of the Obra Dinn is one of the most recognized independent games of 2018, the year it debuted for PC. It is the most recent project of Lucas Pope, creator of the acclaimed Papers, Please.
It was at the beginning of September, during the most recent Nintendo Direct, that it was confirmed that Return of the Obra Dinn would finally reach consoles, specifically Nintendo Switch. Soon after, a version for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One was also revealed.
If for some reason you have not had the opportunity to enjoy the title on PC, but you want to give it a chance on consoles, we have good news. Through its Twitter account, Pope confirmed the release date of its game on consoles.
Return of the Obra Dinn will be available in digital format for PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and Xbox One starting October 18. The title will be offered for a price of $19.99 USD.

In case you don’t know, the game takes you first to 1802, the year in which the Obra Dinn ship sails from London with the mission of bringing merchandise to the East. However, something happens and the ship does not reach its destination, so it is declared missing.
Surprisingly, Obra Dinn is found adrift and unmanned in 1807. Your mission as an East India Company inspector will be to discover what happened on the ship. So, it is a game full of mysteries, where you must explore and make deductions with an attractive mechanic.
