Capcom announced that the Nintendo Switch versions of Resident Evil Revelations 1 and 2 will include two retro-style mini-games called Ghost Ship Panic and Ghouls ‘n Homunculi.
Ghost Ship Panic is a first-person shooter reminiscent of titles like House of the Dead while Ghouls ‘n Homunculi is a Ghouls n’Ghosts-inspired mini-game that puts the player in the role of Barry Burton.
The first Revelations will feature the Ghost Ship Panic minigame. Accessed in the initial loading screen, this is a shooter in which you can only control the crosshairs to eliminate the enemies and gain BP to use it in Raid Mode.
Revelations 2 already hides the Ghouls’ n Homunculi minigame. Honoring the classic Ghouls’ n Ghosts, the player explores an island in the skin of Barry Burton in 8-bit, being able to gain rewards to use in Raid Mode.
We recall that Resident Evil Revelations and Resident Evil Revelations 2 will be available on Nintendo Switch as of November 28, available individually in digital or bundled format in a package that includes both titles.
The first game will be also available in the cartridge, while the second will come in a code to be downloaded on the eShop. However, those who opt for the digital version will be able to purchase them individually.
