The teaser of Resident Evil 7: Biohazard has caused thousands of players around the world lose sleep out of frustration. As you know, Beginning Hour hides many secrets and number of objects that seem to have no use (such as the dummy finger) and inaccessible quarters. Fortunately, Capcom decided it was time to stop torturing out the gamers, and published an explanation.
In an email that came to all members of the Resident Evil Ambassador Program, the company insinuated that, for the moment, the finger has no use. However, the company also said something that stoked several theories of the players.
“About a certain ‘finger’ … The path for now is closed for, but patience…,” indicates the statement of Capcom.
As you can imagine, this has led thousands of fans to think that in the near future, the teaser for Resident Evil 7 will receive an update, in which the finger and other secret items will be key to escape from the house. Many believe it is possible that the update will debut on July 7 (7th of the month 7), but Capcom has not mentioned anything about it.
In the statement, Capcom also said Beginning Hour has been downloaded more than 2 million times. It is expected that in a few hours Capcom will publish this information in their social networks; however, the company wanted the Ambassador Program members were the first to know.
Resident Evil 7: Biohazard hit PlayStation 4 (with support for PlayStation VR), Xbox One and PC in January next year. Click here to find more information related to this game.
