Some rumors about the performance and graphical quality of Resident Evil 7 began circulating after the release of the demo, Beginning Hour. According to some sources, the title would turn in some circumstances to 540p, a very low resolution. Fortunately, the information is completely unfounded. The Producer Masachika Kawata personally intervened on the matter clearing all the doubts.
In an interview by GamingBolt, the producer of the game Masachika Kawata said that both Xbox One and PlayStation 4 will run Resident Evil 7 at 1080p 60 frames per second. There will also be support for HDR on Xbox One S, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 4 Pro.
In the interview, the producer has also left a comment on the mid-gen console, whose debut on the market was opened by the arrival of PlayStation 4 Pro in November.
