Resident Evil 7 could include a playable demo of Resident Evil 2 Remake, at least according to a theory published by the famous forum NeoGAF, and based on a small easter egg present in the test version of the seventh chapter in the series.
Looking at the image above you can see a string of numbers on the left, this corresponds to the product code of Resident Evil Director’s Cut in the United States. So far, nothing unusual, except that the title in question included in it just a demo of Resident Evil 2.
Is Capcom trying to tell us something? It is not excluded (but not yet confirmed) that Resident Evil 7 may contain a code to download the demo of Resident Evil 2 Remake, at the time, however, it is only speculation.
Recall that the seventh episode of the Resident Evil series will be released on January 27, 2016 on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.
In another news, when capcom announced Resident Evil 7 during the Sony conference, the image could be seen in the western logo, that plays with the number VII within the word Evil, and uses Biohazard subtitle.
The Japanese version will be slightly different, since the series is known for Biohazard. In this case, the number 7 is integrated with the letter z, and uses Resident Evil subtitle.
