Resident Evil 7 New DLC is currently under development other than ‘Not A Hero’

After announcing the postponement of the free DLC ‘Not A Hero’, at the end of the video shown below, Jun Takeuchi of Capcom revealed to be currently working on a new additional content for Resident Evil VII Biohazard, the nature of which was not yet specified.

Not a Hero, free DLC for Resident Evil 7, will be released at a date yet to be determined since its development does not yet meet the expectations of Capcom, which is why they have decided to delay the release of the DLC in order to make it accessible to players only also when it reaches the standard of the most demanding ones among them.

Developers do know they are committed to refine some aspects of Not A Hero dlc, and at the same time have planned an additional DLC for Resident Evil VII. To complete the video, the executive producer Jun Takeushi also made an important announcement: developing a further piece of DLC for Resident Evil 7!

“We are also working on a further piece of DLC at the moment,” said Takeuchi. “And we wish to deliver both of these to you and up to the standard you expect from Resident Evil 7. I hope you can understand our decision to keep you waiting and ask for your continued support of Resident Evil 7.”

It is unclear whether the material in question will be distributed free of charge or if the publisher has planned the second season of downloadable content.

So far, Capcom has released two additional content (Banned Footage Volume 1 and 2) as part of the Season Pass, we look forward to get further details on the upcoming DLC and on the arrival of Not A Hero.
