If you have plans to buy the physical version of Red Dead Redemption 2, it is likely that you will be transported to another time when you open your box. We say this because, according to a new rumor, the expected game will come in 2 discs.
What we mean is that GamesTalk published an image of the supposed Japanese cover of Red Dead Redemption. In its back part, there appears a message that indicates that it is a game that comes in 2 discs. You can check the image at the top of this news.
It is important to note that, until now, Rockstar Games has not commented on it. So, we recommend that you take this information with a grain of salt, since it could well be an error. In addition, there is very little left for the premiere of Red Dead Redemption 2, so we will soon have the answer.
Having said the above, it is not entirely unreasonable to think that this could be thought. Recall that digital stores point to Red Dead Redemption 2 weighing about 90 GB at launch and that double-layer Blu-ray has a maximum storage space of 50 GB. So, it would make sense for the physical version to come in 2 discs.
You have to remember that this would not be the first time that a Rockstar game is sold on several discs. In fact, the PC version of Grand Theft Auto V came in 7 discs, while LA Noire for Xbox 360 was having 4 discs.
