ReCore Studio Is Working on An Original IP Console Project and VR Game of Original Franchise

Armature Studio, a development team based in Texas, United States, which is best known for its work in ReCore, is already preparing something new. The interesting thing is that it is not only working on 1 new project but also on 2 projects.

Through its Twitter account, Armature revealed that they are bringing “some exciting projects” on their hands. The first is an original IP for consoles and the other is a virtual reality game of an original franchise. In addition, the studio noted that it will continue to support Epic Games in the development of Fortnite, a title that is currently one of the most popular in the market.

“Some exciting projects happening at Armature: an original IP console project; an original IP VR project; co-development on Fortnite… and we are having a blast doing it!” mentioned the studio on the social network.

Something that stands out is that through this tweet the studio seems to send the message that a sequel to ReCore is not in development. So, if you’re a fan of Joule’s adventure, you’ll have to settle for whatever Armature is planning.

In case you do not know, Armature Studios is a development team founded in 2008 by ex-members of Retro Studios who worked in the Metroid Prime franchise. Since its inception, the studio has stood out for the development of games such as Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate and for taking care of ports such as Injustice and Metal Gear Solid HD Collection for Vita.
