Quantum Break No Sound Solution:

Many people have reported that they are not able to hear Jack Joyce’s voice in the game, even though slight sound can be heard door slamming and all. To fix this sound issue, open Xbox One settings, go to Audio and manually force stereo audio output. It might be also possible that there is some problem with your TV application, HDMI cable or Xbox one firmware bug. Once you have forced Stereo, then simply reset the console and boot the game back up.  If it is a bad HDMI cable or connection then this could cause problems too. If it is a TV firmware issue, then try to download and install the latest firmware available for your TV.

Quantum Break Windows 10 Code Not Received Workaround:

There are few people who are reporting that, even after pre-ordering Quantum Break game, they didn’t receive Windows 10 code for this game.  As noted on the official website of this game, once “you pre-order a digital copy of “Quantum Break” for Xbox One through the Xbox Store, you will receive a system message over Xbox Live that includes a 5×5 redemption code for the Windows 10 version of the game. Codes will be issued shortly after launch.” So, try to check in the Xbox Live, if you have received any system message for this game’s code.

Quantum Break Windows 10 and Xbox One Cross Play Troubleshooting:

Quantum Break supports Cross Play between Xbox One and Windows 10 PC. This actually means that, after starting a game you own on Windows 10 PC, you can then continue playing from the same exact point on Xbox One, and vice versa. But, by chance, if you are facing any problems related to Cross Play then there are some workaround that you can follow to eliminate the problem. First, you need to check the network settings and ensure that the game is fully connected.  You can troubleshoot Xbox One Network connection from the console and for Windows 10 workaround, check Fix Network connection issues.

Another solution would be, to wait for some time period, as the game might be saving, so it could still be syncing with your existing save game. You might get a message that your other device is taking time while uploading data to the cloud, so this simply means that save game syncing is going on.  Other workaround is to close and re-open the game which will start an automatic cloud save.
