The PlayStation Conference in New York is imminent. On September 7, Wednesday, at 15:00 ET (12:00 PDT, 20:00 BST, 05:00 September 8 AEST you can live-stream to witness the presentation of at least one new PS4 version. Shortly after the event, on September 8, a meeting in Hong Kong was going to take place and, according to the Korean PlayStation Blog at least prices and the release date of the new PS4 consoles for Asia was supposed to be announced.

However, the news on the Korean PlayStation Blog has been removed, but we were able to capture it via the google cached version, assuming whether the meeting is still scheduled on the same day or it has been called off now?

Which new PS4 version is it, no one knows. Most likely it will be the Slim variant of the current Sony console. Nevertheless, the conference will probably turn out to be in large part by both PS4 successor. The PS4 Slim will probably get a price range around 300 euros, while you will have to shell out much deeper into your pockets to get the PS4 Neo. This was at least speculated by one of the employees of Wall Street Journal on Twitter, citing Jefferies-Analyst Atul Goyal.

Recently there was a complete unboxing of the new PS4 Slim leaked online that still haunts Sony’s efforts. Also on display is the new DualShock controller, which is bundled with the Slim version. The 4K Monster, which also specializes in VR support until now only has few information on the horizon.

But the fact is that you can still play all existing PS4 games on the Neo. A similar type of model is also being developed by Microsoft. The Xbox Scorpio at the end of 2017 will be in the trade and have similar graphic advantages as that of Sony’s PS4 Neo.
